Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery to Local – Free delivery in the Niagara Region for all orders.  They will be delivered on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.    The packe will be left on your doorstep unless other instructions are left during check out. 

 

Pick up- Orders can be picked up on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 10am and 2pm.  Choose this option during check out. 

Shipping

 

Spend over $175.00 and we will ship your package for FREE to anywhere within Canada, and U.S.A.

 

At this time we are only shipping within Canada and the USA. This may change in the future.

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours and are shipped out Monday to Friday. Usually your order will ship out the next day.  Shipping times are based on guidelines set by Canada Post, USPS, an Chitchat Shipping .  

 

All orders are shipped by Canada Post or Chitchat or USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If for some reason we are not able to ship you order due to a problem you will be notified by email.

All undelivered packages will be subject to a reshipping fee.  

 

Shipping Fees in Canada

 

Free- orders over $175.00 CAD ship free with Canada Post and Chitchat(before any taxes applied)

$9.50 flat fee for all orders under $175.00CAD shipped with Canada Post or Chitchat

$11.50 flat fee for all order under $175.00CAD  shipped with Canada Post (all provinces)

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, however we can not control unforeseen circumstances due to the current Covid-19 delays through shipping carriers.

Parcels are shipped expedited parcel service, which includes $100 insurance and tracking.

 

Shipping Fees to the USA

Free- orders over $175.00 CAD ship free with Chitchat(before any taxes applied)

$19.00 flat fee- orders under $150.00CAD  shipped through Chitchats/USPS

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 days.

 

Custom, Duty & Import Fees

 

Your order may be subject to custom, duty and import fees. Custom forms are filled out with a total cost and description of your order. The buyer will be responsible for any and all custom duties, fees or taxes on the package.

 

 

International Shipping (other than the USA)

Lost Packages

 

Unfortunately we can not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package has not arrived in a timely matter please contact us. We ship all packages with insurance and will check the shipping number and file a claim with Canada Post if required. If Canada Post has determined the parcel has been lost than we will issue you a store credit. Note: There have been longer than normal shipping times with carriers due to the pandemic and your package may be experiencing a delay.

 

Returns Policy

We do want you to be happy with your order so please contact us with any concerns. There will be no returns unless it is due to an error we made on your order or a defect in the fabric/item. Any defects can be exchanged for new product. Once the item is received back to our location in uncut condition you will receive a store credit, however please make contact to discuss returning an item prior to shipping it back. We do inspect every fabric piece before it ships out, however if we have missed something we will be happy to rectify it with you. Please inspect your fabric prior to washing and cutting and contact us within 7 days. Let's resolved any problems together.
